Innovative Event Challenge



Given the evolution and the gravity of the situation regarding COVID-19, the fifth edition of Viva Technology will not take place June 11-13. Alternative solutions are being studied, in concertation with the main partners of the event, and will be announced soon.

The containment measures decreed by the national authorities in France now make it impossible to prepare and organize the event on the dates originally planned. Especially since, as announced, the containment is likely to be extended as has been the case in China and Italy. VivaTech's priority is to guarantee the health and safety of visitors, partners and staff and to show solidarity and responsibility in the face of this health crisis.

All the Startups applicants to the VivaTech Challenges will get noticed by each Challenge Partner regarding the next steps of the selection. This decision could possibly impact the results announcement date.

Why this Challenge ?
After the success of the 2019 VivaTech's edition, we still think we could improve this event thanks to new event solutions. Instead of trying to address these issues internally, VivaTech wants help from start-ups that can help it further improve the overall visitor experience at VivaTech 2020. Just like the challenges of our major partners published on this platform, this second edition of the Innovative Event Challenge offer 3 thematics to find solutions that meet our challenges during the event. From the startup application, a final will be held on December 12th in Paris for the startups with the most relevant solutions. The selected startups will pitch in front of a jury composed of our major partners, members of VivaTech, Publicis Live Paris and the ecosystem. What's up for grabs? The opportunity to work at the next edition of VivaTech from June 11th to 13th, 2020 with both VivaTech and PublicisLive (Paris)... and much more rewards (see below)!
