Since 2017, the LVMH Innovation Award puts the spotlight on the best global startups and has been a powerful provider of solutions to enhance the customer experience.

This challenge establishes itself as a unique acceleration program for the startup ecosystem, by building successful collaborations between LVMH Maisons and any startup willing to explore new business models and technologies.

You demonstrate through your solution, product or service that you can play an active part for the
 LVMH Group and its 75 Maisons and deliver at large scale. Should it be during the creation process, the omnichannel customer journey, or what goes on “behind the scenes” (operations, manufacturing, etc.), you bring excellence to our innovation effort in all areas of the Group’s 6 business sectors exposed below.

The selection process of the LVMH Innovation Award will consider:

- The startup’s track record: clients, live projects and use cases
- The scalability of the solution across its Maisons
- The geographic coverage
- The exhaustiveness of the application

The winner of the 2021 LVMH Innovation Award was Bambuser, a startup specialized in Live Stream Shopping which helps brands host live shopping sessions online, with influencers or sales associates.
