How can technology enable Green Recruiting and nudge workers towards more sustainable behaviors? For example - recruiting processes with minimal carbon footprint, identifying candidates with environmental awareness, helping workers make climate aware choices (not print but PDF, not book a flight but the train, advise on when to work remote)
How can we ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI in automated search and resume selection, AI-powered chatbots in recruiting. For example innovation that is intentional about filtering skilled talent in, vs. filtering out candidates due to systematic biases?
