Every year, for four adrenaline-filled days, VivaTech brings together in Paris and online the greatest business leaders, startups, investors, researchers and innovators to ignite positive change in business and for society.
The 7th edition will take place on June 14-17, 2023, in Paris, at Expo Porte de Versailles.

RESPOND TO SECTORIAL SHORTAGES THROUGH FUTURE SOFTSKILLS-BASED HR
We believe that talents are at the core of everything. We want to help build a more sustainable and inclusive world by disrupting today's HR codes and establishing our owns : a softskills-driven future of work to fight against talents shortages.
The Adecco Group attended VivaTech for the first time in 2022. We shared our story on how we are influencing future of work through digital and innovation. We believe softskills must now play a more impactful role in shaping a sustainable future of work, to better respond to sectorial talents shortages. We select startups that rethink future of work, and which are placing people at the center of their innovations.
WHY THIS CHALLENGE
Being one of the world's leaders when it comes to HR, we must be the main sponsor of softskills. Every single human have this goldmine of talent at their disposal. We believe it should be used to initiate a change of mindset to address all HR challenges our society is currently facing.
We believe in investing in new initiatives to build a more sustainable future of work. We believe in delivering cutting edge technology to serve our purpose, and teaming up with new players to do so.
Use of softskills in the entire employability cycle : from onboarding to offboarding (ex : softskills to replace resume, data to reduce skills gap, softskills training, etc.)

Winners will be able to use for one day our "innovation arena" to present and advertise their startup, to create a real spectacular experience and showcase its value. They will gain from our reach, be mentioned in the official program of VivaTech and enjoy featurings on our Social Media as well.

The softskills subject needs a sponsorship to get a massive hearing. As a global leader, we will help you connect with both our group’s decision-makers to test/implement your solution and some of our clients who may need your solution to disrupt their activities.
